From a young age I knew that I wanted to help people. I was always fascinated with the mind, people, relationships and the universe. After completing a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology at The University of Western Ontario, I worked in HR until I was ready to go off the beaten path which took me deeper in my journey of Yoga Teacher training and travel.
Since 2010 I have worked in the Wellness Field as a Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Studio Manager and Counsellor. In 2019 I graduated from a four year post graduate Psychotherapy training at the Integral Healing Centre of Toronto. This program provided training and experience in Relational Therapy, Bioenergetics and Energy Healing. This was a deeply transformative, experiential and practical training. I was able to not only dive deeply into the theory and practice of psychotherapy but most importantly to also deeply look at myself.

In recent years I have begun studying Astrology and Human Design and find these to be a great compliment to therapy and self discovery. I find these esoteric modalities provide a wonderful framework for which you can access deep knowledge about yourself in a relatively short period of time. I have found the knowledge to be deeply healing and supportive of me on my journey so I share from my own level of knowing and having engaged in this process myself.

In 2022 I graduated and received High Honours in a post graduate Workplace Health and Wellness Promotion program at Centennial College as I am passionate about spreading health and wellness in the workforce.

I practice what I preach and so I integrate a Holistic approach to health. I meditate regularly, I like spinning, pilates, dancing, hiking, HIIT, swimming, strength training and all styles of yoga. I believe a balance of all these modalities (but not limited to) is important for overall health.

I've travelled and trained around the world, taught Yoga in Bali, lived in ashrams in Australia but perhaps one of the greatest lessons I've learned and what I wish to share is that of acceptance. Acceptance of ourselves and others and really our true nature. In my experience this takes time, compassion , loving awareness and presence.
As the saying goes, we are all just walking each other home.

Warmest wishes on your journey.
